Raw, energetic, flamboyant and passionate, Jesus Christ Superstar introduced Broadway to Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice and the "rock opera." The provacative retelling of the events of Christ's last week on earth leading up to his crucifixion (told through the eyes of Judas) infuses one of the world's best-known stories with musical theatre savvy.

Audition info: January 26 & 27 from 6:30 to 8:00, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church located at 809 S. Commercial Street in Neenah. The show calls for eight principal male roles, one principal female role, one supporting female role, 12 supporting male roles, 12 dance roles, several soloists, an adult chorus (ages 18 and up), youth chorus (ages 8-12) and teen chorus (ages 13-17). Those interested in auditioning should come prepared with a song to sing and sheet music for the piano player.
